Wedding Menu!

The wedding is going to be catered by La Placita Catering. Judy has been a huge help getting everything together for the wedding dinner; figuring out table and linen rental, and all those things that would just about be impossible to do from San Francisco. Here is a copy of the menu, so you know what you are going to get when you check off Chicken, Fish or Steak.

Salad to Start
Mixed Apples Marinated In Citrus Juice Over Mesculen Mix Greens, Roasted Walnuts and Blue Cheese Crumples. Drizzled with Respberry Vinagrette Dressing.

Choice of entree:

Lemon Chicken
Chicken Breast With Fresh Spinach, And Sundried Tomato In A Lemon Butter Cream Sauce.

Filet Au Poive
Seasoned Filet Mignon Topped With A Light Cognac Mustard Cream Sauce.

Chilean Seabass
Seabass Filet Sauteed to Perfection And Topped With Beurre Blanc Sauce.

All Entrees Served With Red Mash Potatoes, Sauteed Vegetables and Warm Rolls.
